While visiting Oregon family, all the way from Jacksonville, Florida, my cousins suggested the Jacksonville Inn for dinner. I didn't even remember that there is a Jacksonville, Oregon (no offense intended). I was very pleasantly surprised. We had the choice of dining out on the patio or downstairs in the Bistro. It was a cool evening and even though the... More

Fine dining experience does not have to be in the dark. The food was incredible and the service was superb. I really enjoyed the wine as well.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary by dining at the Jacksonville Inn, Jacksonville, Oregon, this past week. We haven't spent a lot of time in Jacksonville and my wife was perusing restaurants on the Internet and said she thought we should try this one. Our experience there was superb. Not only were our menu selections tasty, artfully presented,... More

For the last seven years I have held a "sweetheart" luncheon at the the Inn (as us locals call it) for about 25 of my lovely, mature, single clients. Every year it has been a wonderful experience, but this was the best ever. Especially since it was on Valentine's Day - a very hectic time for a romantic place like... More

We celebrated Easter with brunch at Jacksonville Inn and it was perfection. The food was delicious and even though they were busy it was served promptly. I really don't know how they can serve a 3 course meal, plus champagne for that price. Thank you Jacksonville Inn for continuing to care for your guests in such an exceptional way.

I recently had the opportunity to travel to Jacksonville, OR, an "Old West" gold-mining town in Southern Oregon. It is located off I-5, very near the city of Medford,. While there, I had an amazing dinner at the Jacksonville Inn which is housed in an original brick building still standing from the town's historic gold rush days. Flecks of gold... More

In advance of a business trip, I researched the Jacksonville Inn Dining house; however, I was not prepared for the exceptional cuisine prepared by someone with passion for food. I enjoyed lamb, Salmon, Tenderloin with amazing pesto risotto, crab cakes, beet salad... all perfect. All meals were expertly paired with local wines. Over the top experience...

Great ambiance at this restaurant with lots of history. Be prepared to pay $25-$35 for an entrée, but well worth the expense. The lamb here was one of the best I have ever had.

My friend and I celebrated her birthday with dinner at the Jacksonville Inn. The settingis in the basement of an old historic hotel. The service was very, very good - attentive without being intrusive. Great menu. My friend is a vegetarian and they had several selections on the menu from which to choose. I highly recommend the fresh pear and... More
