The Truffle Hunter is one of Gresham's best kept secrets. It is not very flashy from the outside so it is easy to miss. My wife and I usually have a date night here once a month. All of their food is homemade / made from scratch. Their Hungarian Mushroom Soup is absolutely delicious and is a must have. Keep... More

Truffel Hunter is the place to go if your a bread lover! The food is very good too, but the freshly baked bread is YUMMY! The menu has some of the "usual" items on it, and also some, unique to them. Their lunch choices are many, and if you want a really good sandwich, this is the place for you.

we've been here many times and the best part is the food is always consistent in presentation and quality. the home made bread is good and thick. Have the Yankee pot roast, its awesome. And make sure you have desert, the home made stuff is awesome.

This was our first time at the Trufflehunter. The Hungarian Mushroom soup is FABULOUS! We each ordered a sandwich and each brought half home. Food is tasty and portions are plentiful. Atmosphere is homey and the service is friendly and efficient but a bit brisk. Go at odd times, like 11:30 instead of noon or be prepared for a wait.... More

This is in a small house in Gresham and even though the kitchen is small, the food is wonderful. I highly recommend any pie or cake that they bring to your table for viewing and the pot roast dinner is outstanding. Even the small portion option is a very generous size and great quality.

Many times when you go to a place with huge portions the taste suffers. That isn't the case here. Made on site is the key and the flavors are wonderful. I'll step right up and say that although I have never had a bad sandwich or main dish here, I come for the pie. They change the selections often and... More

The sandwiches here are the biggest ever. I had the stuffed baked potato which was also excellent. The make their own soups daily. Very cute decor and great service. My only regret was that I didn't have dessert first. It looked awesome.

Great food and extremely large portions. Had lunch twice -came back for the superb mushroom soup! Beware of the large sandwiches!

I go here everytime I am in town. Sandwiches are ENORMOUS. Great selection and the Hungarian Mushroom soup is tasty. This restaurant is in a very old house with a lot of history..
