You feel like you drove through the country and happened into a sleepy French town! Amazing local produce with a menu that rotates based on what's available. Had local mushrooms, crab cakes, and a flour less chocolate cake. Everything was amazing!

there are a half dozen places to eat in and around the valley and this is one of them. small place so make a reservation. nice little french bistro menu and atmosphere.
Joined friends (18 of them) to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was outstanding and the food was absolutely superb. I hope this restaurant does not change!
Come to cuvée expecting small euro village style with great prices and cuisine. Chef Gilbert Henry brings his French character to Oregon wine country with perfection!
Our waiter, the owner, Gilbert Henry, a highlight of our evening. The bœuf bourguignon was classic. The halibut special was unsurpassed. I hope to have dinner here again soon!
Good experience. Some reviews complained that it was limited in it's menu and hadn't changed with the times. I found it to be a decent place and would return. The wine pours were a bit limited (just a couple reds available). The waiter was a little bit odd though not off-putting.
Try to schedule your dinner for Wed, Th or Sun. They serve a prix fixe for $25 that includes soup or salad, main dish, dessert, We only had Fri The coquille sans Jacque was excellent. Tiny bowl of cold tomato bisque also good. Mushroom appetizer sauce good but not great.
Very tasty food with good, friendly service. We were glad to find somewhere open just after 8pm. A little expensive.
When we arrived at Cuvee there was only one other couple, which always makes us a little nervous. However, the waiter Felipe took us in hand and we knew we were going to really enjoy our evening. Felipe is very funny, spends a lot of time with you and explains dishes in detail (with some funny stories on the side)....
