Restaurant was small and smelled OLD. Very old decor. Table was sticky. Clam chowder was excellent, otherwise, food was seriously lacking. Steak lacked seasoning, even salad was lacking freshness. Bread was greasy. Such a disappointment. However, if you like clam chowder, and don't mind the sticky table, this is the place for you.

Great for lunch to sit out on deck, can bring your dog and let your true pal relax while you have a tasty enough meal but nothin to write home about. The roast beef dip sandwich is good for lunch.

We go there every time we are in Cannon Beach. The food is always the same - darn good. Their tempura prawns are to die for. Steaks are super.

I felt like I stepped back into the 1950's. The food was so greasy we didn't even finish it. Only one redeemable quality was the Wasabi salad dressing. The fish and chips came in a pool of grease.

The Driftwood was highly recommended by the staff at the Ocean Lodge, where we stayed. I figure the hotel must receive some sort of kickback for recommending it because the Driftwood was nothing to write home about. Don't get me wrong, the restaurant was cozy and comfortable, but the food was pretty expensive and not all that tasty.
