Broken Rocks's arrival was a godsend for Wooster. The owners make bread daily from local Amish-ground flour. The restaurant is open from breakfast to dinner and specializes in fresh local ingredients in an informal menu. Among their strengths are their salads, the brick-oven pizza, and their pastas.
