Mitchell's ice cream will make you feel as if you've done something wrong; that's how good it is. The flavors are intense and natural, and the smooth creaminess lets you know that this is premium stuff with no graininess or crystals. My favorite place for a local ice cream. Flavors are rich and creative and use premium ingredients (and giant chunks of chocolate!) Only wish they froze it a little harder - it's melted soup in the dish before I can finish it (and I get a junior scoop).

Mitchell's has become a Cleveland staple with their fresh ice cream with all sorts of fun flavors. What more can you say that great ice cream with a nice place to sit and enjoy it. We have been going to Mitchell's for Years !!! Just stopped by the new location on Detroit Rd in Avon. Quick service, excellent waffle cones, nice new building...parking lot is TOO SMALL !!!!

Always a great place to meet friends and enjoy Cleveland's best homemade ice cream. Service is always fast and be sure to ask for a sample before your order! They have all the standards, some with a twist, and several out of the box flavors- all super fresh! They even use local farms and vendors. They have later hours- enjoy!
