This was a very very good dining experience. The service was very good. The food was equally as good. I had soup, salad and scallops for the entree. I also had pie for desert. Everything was delicious. I probably over indulged. I would recommend the Tarragon to anyone unless you are on a tight budget. A great place for a... More

My wife and I recently enjoyed a fabulous meal at Tarragon. It was my wife's birthday and we wanted something special so we arranged to have the Tarragon Culinary Tour which consisted of a 6 course meal designed by the Chef and accompanied by optional martini and wine pairings. We booked it a couple of days in advance and advised... More

Hubby and I were staying at the Inn so we had dinner there and thoroughly enjoyed It! Warm homemade bread, delicious Caesar salads, and two wonderful entrees served piping hot! Crisp, pork tenderloin for me and salmon with spicy corn and potatoes for hubby. Delightful! Desserts looked amazing, but we could not partake!

We have eaten at Tarragon several times and have enjoyed everything. I had the quiche the first time we stayed there and had to have it again. It was just as amazing as I remembered (I was so afraid I'd built it up too much in my head). My husband loves the smoked pork and their filet is excellent.

I had a wonderful beef pot pie. It's listed as having wild mushrooms on the menu but no mushrooms were to be found. It was still very very tasty. Restaurant sits on a hill in a forested area so very nice view even with no leaves on trees. Beautiful modern seating area with nice romantic background music. It was nice... More

I made a reservation well in advanced to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. Shortly before our reservation, we received notice that we would be seated in a room other than the main dining room. Since there wasnt time to make another reservation and since I did not realize we would be in a conference room, we proceeded with our reservation.... More

My wife had planned this wonderful weekend getaway for the two of us. We were in dire need of some relaxation. After spending some time reviewing their website we decided to make the trip down there. Upon entry to the property we were very excited at the beauty of the surrounding community. The inn is hidden back in the woods... More

This was great food and atmosphere. A must do when staying in Amish Country. I would choose another inn. This is more ritzy than other places.

We've been going to this restaurant for lunch for perhaps 15 years while it moved through three different owners, each leaving their mark and each owner making it a bit better. The current restaurant manager does an outstanding job--a year or two back I asked if the patio was open and he responded: "would you like it to be?" and... More
