We only dropped in for a quick drink and a light lunch, and it was quite late too (about 3:00pm). Pretty quiet in there and not much atmosphere - one of those pubs where there is nothing particular to dislike but no compelling reason to return....... Have only been to the Crown Stirrup twice but have loved it both times, the first time was for a car club breakfast meet and had the best bacon roll ever, but on the second visit also for a car club breakfast meet had a full breakfast which was divine, can wait for the evening meet which is coming up... We had our 2nd car meeting here today, the carvery unit is installed and the Full English was on the menu for the South Coast Breakfadt Club. We all had a great time, the staff were great and the food excellent. See you next month. Thanks to all x
