We were just driving past Cleveland and looked up in TripAdvisor for a good place to eat dinner. Found this, drove in, parked, and had a WONDERFUL meal. Everything was delicious: popcorn appetizer, beet soup, buffalo mozzarella salad, tuna special (from a $1.5 million tuna our waiter told us), ratatouille. And the pretzel unlogic dessert (chocolate) was really great too.... More

Take a large pre-depression bank, restore it to its former glory with hand painted murals and ceiling, add a special events room in the lower-level vault, throw in two of the largest and heaviest vault doors in the US, add a spectacular, creative chef like Steve Schimoler and you have the basic ingredients of Crop Bistro in Cleveland. But like... More

You know the place is good when they can take popcorn and make it special. This appetizer was coated in basalmic vinegar and cheese and it was addictive. We would have happily eaten a giant bag, but it was definitely worth saving room for the entrees which were inventive and cooked to perfection. To top it off the space was... More

This was recommended to us by the owner of the B&B we stayed in Ohio City, and it was a great recommendation. They have very fresh and innovative cocktails- I had a "New Fashioned," which was strong but very tasty. The menu had many tempting dishes, and we had one of the best eating experiences ever. The wait staff was... More

I have been to crop a few times and it has never disappointed me. It by far has one of the most beautiful atmospheres. The food is so fresh and delicious. Right next to a great street with bar and restaurants in Cleveland. When someone asks me where to eat when they visit this is one of my top two.

I read about Crop online and couldn't wait to visit - I was in Cleveland for three days. I ate a light breakfast and a smoothie for lunch - I wanted to spend my calories where they would really count. Crop is simply one of the best food experiences ever, and the people were so nice. It was a Monday... More

Gorgeously restored interior (ask about the ceiling & restaurant logo). Fun, fresh, and unique specialty cocktails and delicious warm balsamic popcorn appetizer (we did not have dinner, but it looked and smelled wonderful). Nice size & comfortable bar area. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately happy hour is only on Thursday 5-7pm (we were there on a Friday), but nice selection of... More

We had dinner here tonight and the food was excellent. I ordered the quail ducken and my date had chicken and waffles. I have never had Quail, but indefinitely recommend it here! My only complaint was that the waiter wasn't all that friendly. He wore his busyness all over his face. When you are eating at a nice place like... More

One of the reasons my girlfriend and I chose to visit Cleveland was because we found Crop on the Internet and were charmed by the owner's blog and the menu. My girlfriend has a restaurant that serves simple, delicious food but hasn't changed the menu for years and we've been hunting the region for great simple food. And we thought... More

This was the second time my wife and I had went to bistro, the first time was for lunch, either way the portion sizes are out of control. We started with the scallops that had a orange glaze/sauce I think and it was awesome. For dinner I had the cornmeal encrusted pork chop which was amazing, and my wife got... More
