Ordered Nachos. Turned up looking sad for themselves. Burnt and dried out. Sent them back ( think waitress was embarrassed when she brought them). Then brought another plate which was just as bad. Pitched up on a Friday night with the family, was seated at a large round table for 8 , which made conversation difficult, service very good and enthusiastic, menu standard American affair with little surprise except a new tapas style starters. Food was never more than adequate with a few low points , the blackened salmon tacos were surprisingly cold... More

Went for lunch prior to shopping. Good service and fabulous JD sauce as ever! My salmon was overlooked but they took it off the bill, no quibble! Very impressed as manager came to apologise- an easy one to overcook!

Came here the other night and had a nice meal we tried the small plate meals as it was little there own twist on tapas and we could share so we got the 5 for 19.99 it was really nice definitely go back again the only thing was we asked for coleslaw as a side for 1.99 it came out... More

We have been twice now , service is brilliant , food is always hot and tastes great. They can cater for little whims as its cooked fresh to order! They are brilliant with children little packages for colouring etc and balloons .. We have returned once more since and we will definitely be returning as and when we can.

Staff work hard and are very pleasant. Menu is OK Beer prices ok. Its part of a chain so all venus are the same - but it was a good evening and the food was OK. Nothing negative about the place it is what it is. Parking was good and good links to get here.

Food wasn't up to usual TGI standard, service generally good, atmosphere not great, not overly clean

Whenever we are heading towards Cheshire Oaks we know exactly where to go! With a reasonably priced menu, lovley friendly staff and quality food TGI's here is the place to be. I would recomend the 'Monster Burger' and 'Jack daniels sauce'. Can't wait to come again, well worth it :)
