Enjoy visiting Sweet Tooth each time we are on the island. Love the fudge and other confections as well as a breakfast biscuit. As others have mentioned you MUST try the sweet potato biscuit when you order the egg/bacon/sausage/ham breakfast. Although the usual biscuits are delicious, the sweet potato offers a great twist!

WoW!!! I want to go back just to have these biscuits!! The buttermilk and the sweet potato were to die for! You could order them in any combo (egg, cheese, bacon, sausage, country ham, butter/jelly). The sweet potato with egg, cheese and country ham was AMAZING! Since we didn't try this place until the morning we left I bought two... More

Had bacon, egg and cheese breakfast biscuit for the first time using sweet potato biscuits. They were great. This small place is one of the true gems on Ocracoke.

I had a good THE GODFATHER sub. Also delicious candy (caramels). It deserves to be rated as the best take-out but not necessarily as the best restaurant because it lacks the facilities.

Terrific Candy and fudge store, but don't forget that they also have sandwiches which are very good and often inventive. Great for picking up a quick lunch or a special treat on the way to the Ferry!

The shop had a broad selection of candies and serious chocolates (not stuff to waste on the kids). We also got roast beef sandwiches to take on the ferry for our lunch. They were quite good.

This is the place for sweets on the island. They are awsome. They have everything from cakes to fudge and candy. The deli also puts out some very good sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. They close around 2 PM. This is another good place for lunch or a breakfast sandwich.

We ate here several mornings for breakfast, delicious breakfast sandwiches! We also bought sandwiches or deli salads here several days to take on the beach. And don't miss the candy/sweets they offer! We really enjoyed this spot, and went several times on our trip, great food, great service, and great prices!

Home made breakfast biscuit one of the best in the state. Quick also with tempting sweets and cakes all around the room.

We were there after 2pm and the deli section was already closed and they wouldn't let us order sandwiches for a late lunch, which was disappointing. We ended up just taking out a few already packaged salads- potato, macaroni and a bean/rice salad. They were pretty good but don't think we'd return..
