Had a very nice meal here. It is a bit expensive but then again, it is a fine dining experience. The atmosphere was lovely and fancier than I imagined. The food is top quality.

Owens is an old standby in Nags Head, reliably great food. My mixed grill was excellent, medium size filet, tuna, shrimp, green beans and rice. My wife had scallops with rice. Both of us had too much food to finish. All very good.

I came back to Owen's after 10 years just to get the Jack Daniels scallops...and they did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and delicious food.

We've been dining at Owens off and on for about 35 years. Had a lot of great meals there. Last night, we had yet another that goes off the charts. Shad roe! Lovely restaurant, food plentiful and delicious. A bit expensive but well worth it and would definitely return. BTW, 1 crab cake more than enough, Lobster Bisque out of this world!!

This dining experience is a great all around! The food quality, menu choices, service and atmosphere are calling me back already. Recommend highly for seafood or steak. I enjoyed every bite of the Steak Oscar!

Other restaurants in the area were just as good for less. But overall, very good. Fresh. Good flavor.
