Kelly's has consistently been a first-rate restaurant with reasonable prices and great food. Specializing in seafood, they also have chicken, ribs and pasta. Best fried shrimp on the beach, and most dinners include a salad and two sides. A family place but nicely decorated, subdued lighting and friendly atmosphere. Can handle large groups, but also great just for two.

We were on the fence between Kelly's and Owen's and we are so glad we tried Kelly's! The sweet potato biscuits are to die for, and both of our entrees were delicious! We ate here with a group after the Kentucky Derby. The food was very good, atmoshpere was good and our waiter, Ken, was wonderful.

We go to Kelly's frequently because you can always be assured of a delicious meal, and the surroundings are comfortable and elegant. Beginning with the homemade bread and a wonderful salad followed by a tasty entree, you can't go wrong. Kelly's is consistently good. If you've got room, the appetizers and desserts are splendid.

My family has eaten at Kelly's every trip to the OBX for over 20 years. It is our favorite restaurant in the area. If you go, make sure you try one of their sweet potato biscuits, and their house salad dressing!
