I stopped going here after they wouldn't honor their coupon printed from the local newspaper. We've had a couple of family events at the other location and we find their food bland and unappealing. However the parking lot will be packed on weekends. Better food can be had at La Fiesta.

My family loves La Cocina. It seems that people in the area fall into 2 groups with regard to Mexican food - those who love La Cocina and those that love La Fiesta. If you're looking for delicious Mexican in the Mebane area, try La Fiesta on Mebane Oaks Rd instead. Just one exit up and so much better!

My wife's family took us there when we were in town visiting, they raved about the food. I wasn't terribly hungry, but order two chicken quesadillas. I have never had them served with a shell and chicken only, no cheese, veggies, and the chicken was very dry. Service was good, drinks filled at all times.

The food is OK, and reasonably priced ($6-10) but both food and salsa are pretty bland.
