The restaurant had an odor of soured milk and 2-day old fish, was very crowded in mid afternoon and service slow. I wanted a sugar free iced coffee and received a strange look from the other side. Another associate was listening and made a great suggestion. Coffee was great and worth the hassle. Haven't decided if I will return.

Love Panera. Their Caesar was large. It had lots of cheese pieces on it. The dressing was very good. The smoked turkey sandwich was also good. It had a tasty sauce.

This is a nice Panera in a nice mall setting. I ordered my salad without an ingredient, but it still came with it. I did not have a lot of time to spare, and my order was the last to come out of the 5 of us who were together, and so I did not take it back, just had... More

I like that they include the nutritional information right on the menu -- it's nice to know what you're in for, and this is so much easier than going on-line. The salads are always fresh and the soups are tasty.

Our go-to place for breakfast when we visit Durham. Ample parking for breakfast before the shoppers arrive. Predictably good quality and service.

Doesn't matter if you are picking up bagels and pastries for the office, ordering lunch for a group, sitting down in-house lunch or breakfast or purchasing bread for dinner or company - you cannot go wrong with Panera. Friendly, helpful staff. Food is always fresh, always the correct temperature. Fantastic Soup! Always an A+++.

I have been here multiple times and no matter what you get it is always good. They usually have a lot of space which is great since it can get so busy. The staff is always helpful and efficient. And if there is ever any type of issue the manager is there to help you out.

With a daughter in her fourth year at Duke, we have frequented this restaurant at least 10 times in the past four years. It is a "go to" spot for us for a quick lunch, a coffee and pastry, or a light dinner. We have never had a negative experience here at this Panera location. The food is always delicious... More

Had a ham and swiss souffle, made with lean smoked ham, a blend of Romano, white cheddar and Swiss cheeses baked in a flaky crust. It was absolutely delicious! They also have four cheese, spinach and artichoke, and spinach and bacon souffles. The smoothies are perfectly made as well. I have eaten lunch at Panera and love their sandwiches, salads,... More

This place is always packed, but you never have to wait very long -- even when the line is out the door. For lunch, I like to order the soup and half sandwich. For soup, I prefer chicken and rice or broccoli and cheddar. For the sandwich, I can go with just any of the choices: turkey and cheese; vegetarian;... More
