Excellent service, comfortable ambiance, and the most fresh, delightful Southwest cuisine I've ever had. Please dont' miss out on this if you're in Boone!

Taxacali boat is my favorite with combination of cornbread, beans, carmelized onions, kobe beef and chipolte cream cheese. A nice variety of salsa. One of my favorite places in Boone.

The burritos are different as is all the menu. There is such a difference between this quirky restaurant and the chains. The cost is the same, the quality higher, and taste a pleasant surprise.

Can't go wrong with their "boats" or burritos. Good value just wish they had beer on tap, lots of great bottles though.

This food is so good that I can't say enough. I ordered the jerk chicken bowl for dinner and gluten free pumpkin spice cake for desert. Wow. Can they move this place to Charlotte?

We eat here often, I always get the pineapple tempeh melt with extra chipotle ranch, russet fries, and a wild berry unsweet tea. I highly reccomend this dish. I am definitely a meat eater but this dish is delicious. Especially if you're not accustom to the southwestern taste, I find that it's generally too "rustic" tasting for me but Coyote... More

Tripadvisor helped us find this place when we were in Boone for an overnight on our way north. We like to find local restaurants (avoiding chains whenever possible). Coyote Kitchen met this criteria. Good and generous food, with a southwestern theme. Friendly wait staff. It was tricky to find, but we persisted and were happy with what we found.

There is something for everyone at the Coyote Kitchen. My husband is a meat eater and I prefer vegetarian or vegan -- the choices are almost limitless here! I had one of the "boats" with coconut rice, black beans, sweet potatoes, onions, and corn -- it was amazing and I had plenty extra for lunch the next day! My husband... More

Good food, good service, nice menu. It's a little small, expect a wait if you don't go early or don't have a reservation.
