My husband and I ate dinner here outside near the fire pit. We had fish and chips. Excellent trout! Everything tasted so good and the fire pit added to the enjoyment of the meal.

We sat on the patio, which overlooked the beautiful grounds. Our service was excellent. We had a chicken dish and the ribs. Both were very good.
The staff at Chetola are extremely accomodating and helpful beyond measure. We held a wedding rehearsal dinner at the restaurant for 64 people. Jessica made excellent recommendations regarding room configurations and was expecially accomodating of special needs for guest using wheelchairs and walkers, and providing booster seats and high chairs for the younger guests. Jessica was always on the ball,...

We were at Chetola for a wedding and had read about Timberlake Restaurant in the usairways magazine so decided to eat there our last night. Needless to say, disappointed!
Pros- I liked the atmosphere and that it was on the resort property so convenient when staying there.
Negatives-
1) the employees were NOT knowledgeable. The waiter seemed unaware of items...

We used to visit the Manor House restaurant on every occasion that we were in the High Country. It has since morphed into Timberlake's -- we though we would give the 'new' restaurant a try to see what changes had taken place. Our reservation was right after a wine tasting had ended, and also Bob Timberlake was hosting a post-tasting...

I ate at Timberlake's while staying at Chetola. It was incredibly convenient to have the restaurant on the property. However, the food was only average. The service was excellent and it was great wtih children, but I would not eat here again after exploring some of the other dining opportunities 15 minutes away.

My son's bison burger was way overdone, my husbands oysters had to go back (cold and salty) and his salad was not fresh. My bourbon chicken, rice, and green...

Recently my husband's employer planned a company retreat to Blowing Rock. We stayed at the Inn of Chetola, located just above Timberlake's Restaurant. We ate two breakfast meals and two dinner meals at Timberlake's Restaurant. We were with a large party of 18+ people and found service to be very good. All orders for dinner seemed to be correct with...
