Really good soups. I love the rice n bean dish. Like a burrito without the tortilla. You can sit outside n view the whole blue ridge parkway.

We stopped on our way home from riding the Blue Ridge Parkway. Seated promptly, we were able to sit outside in the deck. Friendly wait staff, good beer selection. We had chips and salsa, also black beans and rice. Everything was good and came promptly. The salsa was very different from the norm and quite good. Freshly made chips. Beautiful...

I have been here twice and food is great. Casual atmosphere with amazing views. Go at sunset and sit out on the deck....feels like you are eating on top of the world! They also have live music on weekends and good beer selection.
When you are needing an escape "as a local worker bee" we go to Canyons for a quaff to remind you of how it is good to live here. The bar staff is friendly and the nachos (and other specials) make you feel like a local (even if you are not) Thanks for being there Bart,Whitney,Joel, Foresters,Meris, and al.
Food was good. Service was great. The view was breathtaking!!! Even if you don't have time to stop for a bite, at least hesitate in the parking lot and take in the beauty of the Smokey Mountains!!!
I had a late dinner at this restaurant. The food was ok (it was late so I didn't expect perfection). The view made up for the average food though. Can't beat it!
The timing of our visit only allowed for a quick bite and a beer, so I have no info on the meals; the view was spectacular and I would return any time for another beer :-)

Been here several times and always had great food. If you dine near the time of sunset on a clear day, the sunset view (visable from most tables and the deck) is a sight to see.
My husband, 3 small girls, and I stopped in this past Sunday for some brunch. We were delighted not only by the amazing view of the mountains, and delicious food, but the wonderful jazz trio! So much fun!
