I have had good and very good meals. The food, and service, are average. The restaurant appears tired.
Based on TA reviews here, we reserved dinner here over the President's weekend, and it did not disappoint. The Landmark Inn had very nice atmosphere, at once homey and yet elegant, with a fireplace. We enjoyed the French Onion Soup, lobser ravioli, coq au vin, filet mignon and braised short ribs. The service was excellent. We're used to chic crowded... More
As we are alergic to onions and garlic, accomodation by the chef is very important. We had no problem here. My husband had a delicious grilled prosciutto wrapped filet mignon, and I had a wonderful shrimp and pasta dish. A shared spinach and gorgonzola salad and shared cheese cake were amazing. Service was attentive, not intrusive. Tip - If you... More
There's a great dining room with a wonderful menu here, but our friends meet one night a week in the wonderful bar where the wood paneling and tables make for a cozy and friendly atmosphere. Many of the people are regulars and locals like us. We can order from the bar menu or the dining room menu, and you just... More
After some not so great experiences finding a good place to eat after shopping at the Woodbury Commons outlets we finally found the Landmark Inn. Now it is the only place we go when in the area. Beautiful old home converted into a restarurant. Service is friendly, efficient and helpful. Food is also great. I like the salmon but many... More
Great place for a special occasion. It's a little pricey but well worth it. What makes this restaurant so neat is that there are doors all over the ceiling. Lots to look at. Great service. The food is outta this world! They also have a tap room with a lower fare menu. 526 State Route 94 N, Warwick, NY 10990... More
Service was excellent despite a full house on a Saturday night. We highly recommend the Risotto of Pan-Seared Scallops and the Short Ribs on Mashed Potatoes. Wish this place was closer to home!
My sister planned my bachelorette weekend in Warwick NY. A fun weekend of wine, hiking and a delicious dinner. Our meal at The Landmark Inn was spectacular! There were 5 of us and we all ordered different apps and entrees so we could try everything. We started with the pumpkin ravioli (unbelievable), crab cake (perfection), beet salad (excellent), and the... More
What a wonderful meal. The pumpkin ravioli and pumpkin cheesecake were the best I have ever had. The staff, the atmosphere and the food were all wonderful. I had no expectations good or bad - but I was blown away. If you are anywhere within a 30 mile radius and don't stop at this place, you are missing out!
