His name is Fabrizio and his reputation as manager was really bad but now they don't have this manager anymore and they still not able to give good service. before i used to see this very short... If you want ambiance, this is the place. Sat next to the fireplace and felt right at home as the waiter introduced himself by name....Kosta. Small & Cozy. Live music that is a bit loud but they were working on it the night we were there. Started with appetizers of a Crabcake, Tuna & steak tartars, Oysters, Duck Empinadas, &... More

Husband and I went there, almost compelled by the triteness of the restaurant's self-proclaimed long-term commitment to excellent food and service and a promise to evoke the era of the Great Gatsby. A) There was nobody even vaguely resembling Daisy in the restaurant:). B) When I asked the waitress if there was anything off the menu, she said, "Yes" and... More

I've been going to Savanna's since the fall of 1997 and althought it changed ownership in 2008, it has remained my absolute favorite place to dine in the Hamptons. Yes, the weekend crowd differs greatly from the weekday crowd as the weekend crowd consists mainly of city dwellers but, don't let this detter you. This is absolutely the best dining... More

The food was disappointing but not bad, The place is extremely noisey and crowded on weekends. There is no where to park so make sure you valet and if you tip well you are sure to get your car fast. The staff is pleasant and the bartenders are outstanding. My only bad experience was with the manager. I found him... More

The recession apparently has hit Savanna's. The menu was limited compared to prior years'. There were fewer choices of entrees, sides, wines, etc. One row of tables appeared to have been removed from the restaurant. The whole dining experience was disappointing compared to previous years. Even the vibe seems to have changed, from the "real deal" Southampton folks to a... More

Worst Dining Experience: reservation was for 9pm, finally got seated around 10pm, 3 items on the menu no longer available, servers no where to be found, appetizers finally came around 11pm and were cold, no really prosciutto pizza was cold, manager was rude and said they were doing their best, we send back all food and got out of there... Savanna's is one of the better hamptons resteraunt. With a moneyed scene, good food, and nice service, it makes for a wonderful evening out. More
