OK. Forget that they have the most amazing pistachio crackers, and curry chicken salad and other yummy deliciousness. There. Cupcakes. Are. Really. Over. The. Top. Period. Great food- horrible management. If you want any cheese or pâté- think again. You'll have every member of the staff walk by you and ignore your request for help. If the store were better managed they'd have more repeat business. Sadly I relegated my trips to Putnam for days when incompetence won't annoy me. More
