Very Good Hibachi & Sushi, Very large rolls, so don't order as much as you would somewhere else because they are much more filling than normal. Great Service and plenty of different food, for those non-sushi lovers More

This is co-owned by the former owner of our favorite japanese restaurant, which unfortunately has changed management. He is now the co-owner of both Sushi Ya in Garden City, NY and Sushi Ya II in New Hyde Park. The location in Garden City has a more upscale look but the food is just as good at both locations. “Amazing Hibachi and Service!!”

After many visits here I had to write a review. This is by far my favorite Hibachi place. The service here is amazing, the owner is always there and very attentive. I love the Hibachi here, the food is outstanding and always fresh. Hibachi guys are also entertaining if you have kids. The shopping center there is gets no traffic... More
