With the closing of Salivar's, we needed to find somewhere new for breakfast, and this place is it. The pancakes, which are super thin (almost more like crepes), are outstanding. Owner and waitstaff are very attentive. It's Montauk, so it's not cheap, but given how bad the other sit down breakfast options in town are, I won't go anywhere else. More
