Being divorced hasn't been the easiest time in my life and I finally decided to get back out in the world and date again. Suitors, come and go but then there is one that catches your eye. When given the opportunity to choose the place for our first dinner date I picked Le Canard. Their atmosphere is quite romantic, the... More

Everything was fresh including the seafood (salmon can't be beat) and the Duck (My Significant Others favorite) were outstanding. Deserts cannot be described other than Outrageously good! The fresh baked bread imported from NYC was incredible and not enough can be said for the courteous and friendly staff. More

We love this place !! The owner/chef is fantastic, his staff is well seasoned & can offer ideas on what fabulous foods to choose. The atmosphere is very french including the head waitress who speaks french. This is in walking distance to our job and we go here often for lunch & office parties, but whether you go here for... Favorite restutant of my wife and I. We always try something different and have never been disappointed. I do agree with the issue of the butter being cold and hard to spread. More

My absolute favorite restaurant in the Hudson Valley. The escargot and steak au poivre are excellent. More

Love this restaurant! The food is always excellent and the menu features many fresh specials. The butternut squash soup and short rib special were delicious. Great fish dishes as well. All desserts are made in house and are so yummy! The Lunch specials are an incredible value. The atmosphere is comfortable, cozy and warm and service is personable. More

We have always enjoyed eating at Le Canard. We've been eating there ever since my son's fourth grade teacher (whose parents were French) took the entire class there to experience real French food. This was fifteen years ago, and nothing has changed (well, I guess the prices have probably changed). Service is always friendly, food is always excellent, decor is... More
