Have visited the Hawkeye many times and have always been pleased with the menu and the quality of the fare. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is wonderful. A definite favorite!

The Hawkeye Bar and Grill had delicious food as well as a wonderful staff that was extremely attentive and friendly!

The food is creative and delicious. They have an excellent wine selection and the staff is friendly and quick.

Someone knows how to cook steak! If you can, grab a seat on the patio and enjoy the carefully planned menu from this 5 star restaurant chef. Try some fresh seafood and a bloody mary while you watch the boats pass by. Nothing can beat the view, and the food is right up there too!

Talk about atmosphere! Spectacular view of the lake, and great food and service. What else could you ask for?

The best time to be at the Hawkeye is in the summer, on the patio with the cold beverage of your choice. Nestled lakeside with the mountains in view, it's a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful menu. Wished we were a couple weeks later, with warmer weather, so we could have enjoyed a dinner on the patio.

Like a trip into the past, this place has good food but don't expect innovation. Wine menu ok. Can be very busy in the summer baseball rush.
