There are two 'Guads' and both are in good locations with easy parking. Both get your food on the table or To Go in less than 5 minutes. No it's not totally from scratch, but it's way above average and that is REALLY Fast. The Fish Tacos and ALL the seafood is better than you'd expect in a land-locked and... More

You place your order at the counter, and it is delivered to your table. The menu is Mexican/Southwestern. I had ceviche piled high on two tostadas with a serving of guacamole for $8.50. Good place to stop for a quick meal.

There are 2 locations of Guadalajara grill and both are great. The tacos are prepared as they do in Mexico.... The carnitas and roasted jalapenos are great, as is the ceviche, and array of Mexican dishes. The restaurants don't look like much from the outside, but don't let that worry you. It's worth a visit if you want a taste... More

GREAT food, no matter what you order! Obviously popular, as it is always crowded for very good reason

One of our favorite spots for many years during our annual ski trip to Taos. Great seafood, grilled meats and, of course, tacos. Great service and value. There are two locations in Taos. Our favorite is the one on the north side of town. If you have a sweet tooth - the fired ice cream is not to be missed.

We were a little early to check into our hotel, so the front desk receptionist recommended we go to lunch here. This little restaurant was voted best of Taos for Mexican food for many consecutive years. You order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. It was packed during lunch with locals - good sign. I... More

So, this is not much to look at. Order at the window and wait at your table. Grab a roasted jalapeno and get ready to enjoy some really terrific grub. 2 meals, 2 drinks $24 - cant beat it. Had the taco plate and the enchilada plate and cleaned them both. Good food, fast. Not fast food. Recommended.

first of all, Mexican food is very different than New Mexican. Mexican cooking is alot of braziered meats and fish. The Guad has great fish tacos, and my favorite, shrimp cocktails which may be a surprise if you are not familiar with them. Wonderful food! Great guacamole and chips!
