Lambert's is fine dining (for Taos). The new building is beautifully southwestern. The staff was very attentive and the food excellent. We tried to return on a Wednesday night at 6:15 but couldn't get in with out a reservation.

We were so happy to see Lambert's move into the old Apple Tree. They are now open for lunch, and they have many of the old Apple Tree menu items (mango enchiladas anyone?). The food was good, service was great, and the new-old digs are cozy and comfortable. Prices are reasonable, with generous portions. Best wishes Lambert's!!!
