Safety is always my first priority when pedaling! (Safety is NOT the first priority of motorists Leaving my home in El Paso, 21NOV2009. Thai Delight gave me the energy to pedal a mile uphill 50 minutes after swallowing my last mouth I was almost a quarter-ton pedaling.

We have dined here many times since moving to Las Cruces, and have enjoyed the food each time. It's one of those places all the locals who have been there rave about. “A Hidden Gem”

The outside isn't much but the food...mmmmm... The food! I am so excited to find such great Thai food in the middle of nowhere. If this place were in the middle of a busy city, they would be packed every night. But I'm glad they're not because that leaves more room for me! I recommend the Pad Se Ew! More

I often travel to Las Cruces for work and used to wish there was a good place to eat within decent driving distance of the range (unlike my New Mexican friends, being an Easterner, distances greater than thirty miles are a haul for me) and never found one. Since this place is within ten minutes of our house we eat here at least once a week. Excellent Thai food isn't exactly what one expects to find in the Las Cruces area, but Renoo certainly dishes it up here. I generally get the chicken larb or the panang curry, while my partner has recently been stuck on the stir... More

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, we decided to visit this restaurant. We couldn't find a Thai restaurant with suitable reviews in Las Cruces, so we drove out to Organ to eat at Thai Delight. At first we were quite put off by the shuttered, falling down buildings across the highway, but decided to eat at Thai Delight anyway.... More

We stopped here on our way home from St. Louis. I was a bit hesitant because frankly, Las Cruces isn't known for its Thai food.
