I read in the local paper that the Inn was still open but the restaurant is no longer open. The owners retired. I hope it reopens soon. More

When I heard that the interim management under whom we (and everybody else) had such a bad experience at Laughing Lizard were gone and that the sweet owner was back, we were eager to give Laughing Lizard another chance. She had apparently gotten an earful from Jemez Springs residents and visitors who used to love her Laughing Lizard but whom... More

We ate lunch here after touring Jemez State Monument. Colorful, comfy cafe in a great location. I thoroughly enjoyed my cheese and green chile quesadilla but thought the red chile fries appetizer was undercooked and the chile sauce flavorless and gloppy. My daughter found her buffalo burrito inedible, and the machine for making lemonade was not working (we were not... More

Loved this place! Five of us ate on the patio and the food was good and the waitress a pleasure to talk with. The pies are excellent so be sure not to miss them! More

Great menu but service was a little weak. Guess with only 2 or 3 places in town it is hard to find and train staff. More

We really wanted to like this adorable cafe in jemez springs. It was cute and the menu looked pretty impressive for a tiny town in the mountains of new mexico with many vegetarian and vegan options. I got a spinach and sweet potato burrito which sounded great BUT rather than come with sauteed or baked sweet potatoes it was stuffed... More

This place rocks and is really the best place to eat in Jemez Springs. They have a very nice outdoor area where four of us had a very nice New Mexican dinner for about $20 per person. Salads were quite unbelievable in the middle of nowhere New Mexico, filled with heirloom tomatoes and locally grown greens. Main courses included bison... More
