I think this is a great place to get a few drinks because they are strong and priced really low. I like the screw drivers. Don't drive after you've had two drinks tho

Very good food choices, robust servings, super-comfortable ambiance, easy on the wallet. Its like a second dining room apart from your own. Only one complaint really... their meat dishes, especially the beef fares, are usually a bit tough.

Finished once having stomach pain from the food and spent much time on the CR. Service at times is terrible. Much better places to eat with better food/quality.

Good value food large portions perhaps too big. American fare so it tends to be starchy. Frequented by veterans. Good service nice atmosphere.

Breakfast was really good. Omelet was not over cooked. Pleasant atmosphere. No problems no issues and the people there are friendly. If you want a taste of home outside the US in Asia, this is it. If you a VFW member you get a small discount. Who cares though it's really cheap anyways :-)

The breakfast is good. I loved the fact they have sausage gravy on biscuits.

I am revisiting several restaurants and since VFW is within walking distance this is an easy one. Stopped by for breakfast and found no real change from my last visit. Fried eggs undercooked, bacon overcooked, potatoes cool and greasy, toast not toasted, more like warm bread. Eatable, but not the type of meal I would like to start the day...

Hey what can I say I like this place. No rif raf and it has the best meatloaf in Angeles city! Food is ok. Diner type stuff but good to eat and you don't feel accosted by the staff like some places. Two thumbs up!!

This is a great place for traditional American breakfast, although a Filipino alternative is offered. We had the Filipino - longonisa, 2 eggs, garlic rice and fresh brewed coffee. Local is clean. Breakfast prices range from 130-300 pesos, ours was 140. Discounts given if you have your DAV or VFW card.
