A sign says Rio's moved to the Belgian restaurant MannekePis, next to Made's Warung. That in itself is nonsense: nothing moved. Rio's simply got out of business, but it has the same owner as MannekePis. That in itself is a good restaurant with live weekend music and great Belgian dishes. More
