Friendly sevice, good food, excellent ocean view. We love the chipped beef on toast and sausage offered for breakfast!

The breakfasts here are served quickly and efficiently by a caring, friendly, and hard-working wait staff. The food is very good, and the prices are very reasonable. We always have breakfast here, and sometimes lunch, if we're nearby at lunchtime.

we had the 3 bedroom apartment on the seveth floor. 2 bathrooms and a great view. You are at the beginning of the boardwalk(if it's still there) and can catch the tram to any part of the boardwalk for a fairly resonable price. you won't have to worry about parking, they have inside and out

We ate breakfast here. The pancakes were good. We also had eggs, homefries and sausage that we liked. The french toast was just OK.

The food was standard diner fare. It worked well for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was kid friendly (15 month old). There are ocean views from the restaurant. The restaurant was nothing exceptional- but it made a good banana pancake. Some of the other food was minimally seasoned.

This is a nice family restaurant. good food and good service. we eat breakfast there every morning. We get a package with our hotel and it is very convenient.

First time eating here, quick breakfast, will go back again and try lunch and dinner. Tried pancakes, omelettes and eggs. Everyone in party enjoyed meal.

Cold food, grumpy waitress, high prices. What's not to like, right? Our last breakfast on vacation was not a high light.

Really nice atmosphere, BYOB!! Great Italian food, yummy salad and amazing desserts. Don't be afraid to come dressed casual, it's a nice laid back atmosphere.
