I read the previous review and I can say, I was there that night. It was a horrible night but very rare! My wife an I have eaten at Diamonds many times and have recommended it to friends and family often! The pork and fig appetizer is fabulous as is the Bourbon Street Shrimp! I should have known better. As my party of 11 walked in for a 9 pm reservation, two parties of two couples each were storming out, and one said in a loud, clear voice as she left: "Let me warn you: prepare to wait two hours to just get some bread...we got here at 7 and never got any food!... More
