We eat sushi all the time and were coming home from the airport, and stop by Yuki Hana for sushi by chance. boy were we glad we did. the sushi rice is warm, as it should be and delicately flavored with rice vinegar. perfectly balence rice to fish ratio. the sushi melt in your mouth, everything was fresh and delicious.... Driving down Route 70, we noticed that a new Japanese restaurant had just opened up, so we stopped by and picked up a menu.
