large loft-like space w/ many wonderful coffees. I had a mocha w/ chocolate sauce made on the premises. they buy the beans green and roast them there; the roaster is right in the store. comfy seating; very relaxing. friendly and accommodating staff.

By my taste, Rojo's coffee is the best in the area. The place is casual to the max, and has a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed the piece of chocolate with my cappuccino.
This place takes coffee, and its devotees, to the highest level. The coffee, which is roasted right there at the cafe. While Rojos is definitely off the beaten path (several blocks north of Bridge Street) no matter what time of day there are at least a dozen, and sometimes many more patrons relaxing and enjoying their favorite beverage. There is...

Rojo's is one of the establishments that give Lambertville its unique identity and atmosphere. It's a place where visitors and locals commune and relax. It's definitely an UN-chain. Located in an old warehouse on North Union Street, it has a quirky but friendly atmosphere. There's a nice menu which includes a choice of coffees, expresso drinks, locally baked goods, Bent...

The atmosphere is eclectic but fun. The beans are the freshest possible-actually roasted on site. This is my go-to place for gifts for discerning coffee loving friends & business associates. Remember, this is essentially a roastery and coffee house; not a full scale restaurant .
Tried the latte after all the reviews, but a bit dissapointed. Not sure, why all the hype, it was just average. It had a good coffee taste/flavor. The latte was not hot and it was pretty expensive, considering the size of the coffee. It was OK, would not go back.
Starbucks' lattes are fine in a pinch and Small World's lattes in Princeton used to be my favorite. But Rojo's serves the absolutely best lattes in the world! They even give you some latte art for free. The problem with their latte is that it doesn't last very long in the cup!
have never been to the coffee shop, but had the pleasure of tasting the coffee at a food tasting fundraiser in nearby Hopewell. I just got the little cup as a pick me up between courses and didnt expect anything special. The flavor was truly such a surprise I had to go back to the table and ask where this...

On a back street miles from anywhere but well worth the trek! David the owner is a genuine afficionado!
Rojos is a little bit off the beaten path in Lambertville so your likely to meet up with some locals if you go. It offers a pleasant coffee bar and internet services. They run a coffee been business and sell brewing accesseries for both coffee and tea in a warehouse style setting. There are a few tables and some cushy...
