If you have a boat on Lake Hopatcong, you know this place has the best outdoor seating on the lake. They also have a pleasant wait staff, and can mix a great cocktail. We went to Jefferson House in Lake Hopatcong/Jefferson on Saturday 7/17/10 and had Josie as our server. The atmosphere is nice as the restaurant is right on the water. The food is pretty good. An odd mix of seafood and Mexican as well as the typical bar fare. You come here to sit on the deck on a nice day and watch boaters while downing a few. More
