Description: A winding slate path through overhanging vines and tropical foliage leads to the historic 1840 Carriage house. Slowly spinning ceiling fans stir the aromas of French-New Orleans accented cooking and fresh seafood and steaks grilling over mesquite. Envision yourself in New Orleans or Key West. Dining in the canopied garden, or on the candlelit veranda, the dream continues with the exotic cuisine of internationally acclaimed Chef Henry Sing Cheng, whose original creations include local-caught tuna, swordfish and mahi-mahi in fabulous sauces, elaborate entrees of local shellfish & lobster, and the justly famous smoked, grilled and blackened steaks and prime rib. Beyond the menu, a dozen or more seafood specials are offered nightly. The helpful staff, coolly attired in 410's signature tropical batik, makes you feel like you are dining on a private yacht. One of ZAGAT™s "AMERICA'S TOP RESTAURANTS 2012." Please call restaurant directly for parties larger than 6. (609) 885-2127

Ate here twice last year at same time (mid-May). First experience was the best. Had the same signature appetizer (medallions of mako shark in a honey/ginger dressing. Excellent. The red snapper was good but not very moist and had a lot of salsa on top. My wife had swordfish and thought is was OK but wasn't thrilled with the sauce... More

Between 410 Bank and their sister restaurant next door, you never know whether you'll be seated or you'll be cooling your tootsies outside waiting for them to bring you in. This year, they accepted a late after-theatre reservation. but then moved us over from their other place for their own unknown and unapologetic reasons. Prices are high and some food... More

My husband and I bragged about this restaurant and we were dying to take our friends there. Well, I went on and on about the Pork Roast and all of us were going to order that. When we got there (which was around 6:00Pm) we were told that they were all out. The waiter was so glib and snooty that... More

We try to eat here every time we are in cape may, but the are closed for the winter, so we can try out some other places. But 410 is our 1st choice.

After a day of shopping and galleries in Cape May, there are many choices for a great dinner. This is one of the very best. Bring your own wine, or pick up a bottle at the liquor store around the corner. Great service, ambience, food. You cannot go wrong here. Perfect for a quiet twosome or a celebratory crowd.

Friends had given us a gift card to the Bank Street Restaurants for our recent wedding, knowing we were coming down here for our honeymoon. The staff had your comfort as a priority. Our first two tables were in the outside area, and I was visibly cold, so they made sure we had a table that was in the inside.... More

Loved that the restaurant had a creole theme to the food - very different. The swordfish special was terrific. We were sitting on the screened in wrap around porch which was a bit too dark - the sunken dining room seemed like it would have been much nicer. So glad that we read ahead of time about their BYOB policy... More

Such a fantastic restuarant! Paul, our waitor, was the absolute BEST! I am highly allergic to shellfish and he took such good care to make sure that nothing was cross contaminated. The baby rack of lamb was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back! :)
