It seems fitting that the Ebbitt is located in the charming Virginia Hotel. A setting of past elegance and modern day "farm to table" cuisine, this restaurant is a gem. Food is extraordinary, service is helpful and friendly and the piano bar makes a formal setting warm and cozy. Perfect for any night in any season.
