I have had so many great dishes at Thai Ping, all beautifully presented and so fresh. The Panang Curry is outstanding. I've had it with both Shrimp and Scallops and it was delicious. My only caution is that if you don't like spicy hot, then you order the food mild. The Masuman and Phad Thai Noodle...also yummy. This is a... More

I visit Thai Ping at least every 2 months and I have always enjoyed my meals. Located on Main Street in Boonton and decorated in Thailand style, this is a fun place to have a quiet dinner. Be careful when you order as they dishes tend to be hot. I always order mild although I enjoy spicy hot food. I... More

Short on atmosphere but long on food. Inexpensive but good, BYOB.

Food is above average, meaning it's somewhat authentic. As everyone states, they tend to go overboard on their heat. Be forewarned-- you may wish to push those tiny little green peppers to the side, or you may suffer later... LOL I'm a local in the neighborhood, and am glad they're here, but their prices are realistically ~ 25% more than... More

We have eaten many time at Thai Ping--it is consistently on target and the service is always good. We have been to many Thai places over the years and are always satisfied with our visits to Thai Ping. Bring your own booze, relax, and enjoy the food prepared for you. When ordering, be specific about what you are looking for... More

I just ordered from this place and the food is awful.....my pad khing was too salty, my boyfriend ordered Pad seeyu (sp) and it was extremely oily we could smell the oil. This place is expensive and not worth it at all. If you are going to spend the money I would recommend in the area, Sogo in Denville (Asian... More

Have eaten there several times in the past month - have enjoyed every dish. Things are spicy, so if you dont like spice, be sure to order mild. Their version of "medium" is very spicy.
