Shio is by far the best Sushi I've had on the seacoast...and even further than that. Always fresh and delicious. Staff is nice and attentive. Been going to Shio since they've opened. Can't be beat.

Excellent food, amazing sushi, very good service. Been there 3 times so far and it has always been a pleasure. It can get quite busy so i'd recommend to call ahead. We really liked all the spicy-crunchy sushi maki rolls - good stuff!

Never disappointed! Wonderful customer service. Portions are perfect and tasty. I highly recommend any of the soups on the menu. Everything is great!

On the strong recommendation or our son-in-law, who lives in Portsmouth, we ordered take-out from Shio on Oscar night. Both sushi and sashimi were excellent. And based on my brief time there picking up our order, I would not hesitate for a minute eating in the restaurant. It's in a shopping mall, and thus unprepossessing, but very good indeed.
