My wife and I went here the other night and we will be back. I had the Carnitas tacos and I got us and order of nachos to share my wife had chicken quesadilla and we both really enjoyed our meals and we will be back for another sometime very soon.

I'm sorry, other reviewers seem to like it at Consuelo's Taqueria. I did not. I found the tacos soggy and the carnitas fatty. The chips and salsa subpar. Not a bad location on a quaint little side street, but a bit noisy inside for my taste. Overall, the staff was friendly and the soda was cold, but the food mediocre.

At Consuelos I have eaten the best Dorita Tacos (chicken tacos). I enjoy the environment of the place and their friendliness.

My cousin and I ate here today. I had the wet Carne Asada, with red enchilada sauce and she had the open Carne Asada. We also had chips & salsa, and she had the Espinaca dip. If you like Mexican on the go don't hesitate to stop here. My favorite dish is the Milanesa Torta. But you preety much can't go wrong with anything. Great prices, friendly service and good food is what you will recieve at Consuelo's. Cheers!!!

Consuelo's Taqueria has perfectly good burritos. However, burritos are everywhere and aren't very Mexican. The thing I like about this place is that it's got very decent actual Mexican food, including proper tacos. They've also got appropriate drinks such as agua de jamaica.

Honest to goodness taqueria in downtown ManchVegas. Hearty, authentic food, nice people. Bare-bones atmosphere keeps it from getting a 5, but you aren't paying for atmosphere here.
