This is a "hands on" restaurant where the owner is there and makes sure everything is right. Great food, and inexpensive too. The shredded beef is very good in the tacos and everything else. Nothing fancy, but does the trick. In our opinion, Francisco's has the best Mexican food in the Minden, Gardnerville area. More
