Food and service were ok but not great. I guess I was expecting more after reading hotel website about the restaurant. Certainly not one of the better fish restaurants I have been to.

This restaurant has great seafood! We went to the ticket booth where we purchased buy one get one. You are only charged $3.00 extra per person but it is worth it as the entrees are $30.00+. We had a third person so could not get free meal but we paid the$3.00 and the third person got half of the entree....

My wife and I had quite different takes on the food here which is why I don't usually say anything about an individual dish, but I have to this time. I had the parmesan encrusted tilapia and, as tilapia is essentially tasteless, I was expecting the strong parmesan flavor I like. I got no flavor at all. Apparently, they skimped...

Food was oK, service definately need improvement. They have nice location, probably can improve and survive.
This was one of our favorite places in Vegas when we lived there in the late 90's. The fact that it has survived this long is a testament to the food quality. I really looked forward to going back for a special meal with friends.
Service was disappointing. We were looking for a leisurely experience, with lots of conversation between...

We chose Buzio's because we had tickets to Penn and Teller that night. The crabcake appetizer was good, but a bit overpriced. The pan-grilled salmon and the broiled tilapia were both moist and flavorful, but also overpriced. The rattatouille and sauteed mushrooms were very good sides, but the rice pilaf was average at best. Because we had purchased our tickets...

We were staying at the Rio so we decided to "stay in" for dinner. We made a reservation in the early afternoon for 8pm. We arrived on time right behind another couple who didn't have a reservation, and they seated that couple first and we had to wait at the bar until a table was ready. We were wondering what...

Dining room half empty. I'm still sitting here, going on over an hour since we ordered. No offer for an appetizer or even a drink. The stopped bringing bread thirty minutes ago and even the water refills stopped.
We had a drink and some noshies before the Penn & Teller show, on a Monday night. Our server was wonderful and the food was even better. We also really liked the atmosphere, as it's a smaller place and nicely done.
They fly in their seafood everyday. I had bouillabaisse, my friend had grilled sea bass and they were both excellent. Plus we had a half off coupon from the half off ticket booth. Great value, great meal, great drinks. I plan to return.
