Shakes are amazing. Everything is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected on the strip. Really loud, crowded and service is not the fastest.
Armed with high Tripadvisor expectations, we went for hamburger lunch at Holstein's and were treated to a fabulous experience from start to finish. Word to the wise, unless you have huge capacity, this is definitely a place where you should split the hamburger, assuming you and your partner can agree on which one of many to order. Add in a... Food was good, but nothing to write home about. Ordered the Golden Standard (Dry Aged Beef Sirloin Burger With Smoked Bacon, Aged Goat Cheddar Cheese, Tomato Confit, Baby Arugula & Garlic-Chive Aioli) for $17.50 and a Vanilla Malt $8. The stop was convenient in that we were staying at the Cosmo, but we should have taken a cab over to... More
I came here with a group of friends after running in the Rock "N" Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon. So we were all hungry! I ordered the Gold Standard for $17.50 and it was probably the best burger I've ever eaten. I loved that you could order it rare. The burger details: Dry Aged Beef Sirloin Burger With Smoked Bacon,... More
Huge burgers with unique combinations. Shakes had alcohol in them but you could have them without. Didn't have one since I was so full from the burger but they looked great. Service was very accommodating for my health conscious hubby.
The restaurant and bar are quite busy and quite noisy but good for groups. There were a couple of Bachelorette groups. The service was good, as in the waitress was very nice, but they did mess the order up twice. The choice of shakes and sodas is very good. The food we had was good but no more special than... More
I'd visit this place inside the Cosmopolitan just for the shakes - they were AMAZING! I've eaten a lot of gourmet burgers in my time and didn't think these ones were any better than anywhere else but I will say it again - have a shake! I loved the decor of the place. It would be really good if there... More
Wanted a casual place to watch the football game and grab a bite with a colleague. Found a seat at the bar with a TV right in front (they also have a dining room). Beer selection is decent. Had a great pepper burger - beef quality was high, pepper presence was strong. 2 sandwiches and 4 beers was $74. Would... More
