The breads served with dinner were a hot pretzel and a walnut roll. Very fresh, hot tasty The pan-seared scallops were exquisite. Absolutely perfect. MUST HAVE!!! Hierloom tomatoes and cheese plate were reminiscent of a Caprese salad in Tuscany. Delicious. The prime rib was excellent with a perfect au jus. We were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and we were... More

Certainly not the best steak I have had in Vegas. Average and over-priced - but not horrendous. Sells itself as being exceptional, in reality is quite ordinary

Scallops were absolutely delicious. Others in our party had prime rib and swordfish, both really good. Service was great, ambiance delightful! Pricey but worth it :)

The food, service and ambiance inside the Biscayne restaurant located in the Tropicana Hotel and Casino was so good we ate there Twice! Outstanding food prepared by Chef Britt Beeland. Biscayne Steak, Sea, and Wine is an exceptional steak house with a well appointed menu of the usual offerings that you would expect from a steak house. The food is all high quality, the seafood is fresh and brought in daily. There is a great selection of wines and if you are a Trop Plus Member (you can join for... More

Was there for dinner with my Dad, who is older and prefers to split a dinner with his wife. Also, 3 out of 4 of us were up for a good steak dinner, I'm a vegetarian and wanted to make everyone happy with the steakhouse. I checked ahead iof time with the maitre'd to let him know about splitting the... More

Biscayne was disappointing on my visit. Waiter couldn't speak to the menu at all. Two of us ordered the same cut, but cooked to different standards and both were overcooked. It wasn't an awful meal, but solidly disappointing.

One of my favourite places to eat in Vegas. I had the Fillet Mignon which was tender and cooked well. My partner had the scallops which she still raves about. But probably the best part of the restaurant was our waiter 'New York' Dave who was not only fantastic but an absolute riot to talk too.
