I often have to go here to meet with clients who have been referred by someone. It's always mediocre and always disappointing. I don't understand the other reviewers because I go pretty regularly and always think - Why? Sliders are pub food. It's often half empty except for the bar and the service is really sad and smeteur. It just...

Bite is an American Tapas restaurant. Very popular and recommended by several locals and for good reason. It was too busy for us to get a table in the main restaurant the bar area was just fine. We ordered six items between the two of us and were perfectly happy. Nice wine selection.
We ate quite well on our recent trip to the Lake Tahoe area, but this restaurant was our standout culinary experience. The food is American tapas, and it is all good. The seafood plates were particularly exceptional.
This restaurant offers ambience and fantastic food. It is a nice deviation from the standard American restaurants that serve way too much food and contribute to the American weight problem. This is a version of tapas (small plates) that are so incredibly tasteful you want to savor every bite. This is a restaurant you don't want to miss.
My son and daughter-in-law took me here on my recent stay, loved it so much asked to go back a second time. Great food, great wine and the service was extremely friendly. The owner took the time to come over and chat and make sure we were satisfied. Cannot wait to go back.

The menu is mostly small...

I think Bite is a nice addition to Incline Village. The place is stylish, they have a great concept and good food. I agree with another review I read that a full meal here would be very expensive. We just had a couple appetizers and drinks which was great for us because we wanted to eat light. My disappointment was...
