Elk burger was delicious! Cooked to perfection and a great price! You cant find better prices in town especially in a tourist trap. Friendly Cool Atmosphere and lots to look at on the walls.

Gorgeous deck overlooking the river and friendly service but the tiny elk burgers were cooked to the texture of shoe leather and salty. Much better, bigger elk burgers at The Raven Grill for a dollar cheaper.

My husband and I took some time to wind down after 3 full days of travel time with the kids. After checking in at the motel and leaving our teens to watch tv, we took a walk and spotted this place. After a long day of travel, it was great to see so many cars parked at this bar/grill - evidence of good food and great ambience. We were not disappointed on either. This is the place for the breakfast buffet when staying at the Best Western next door.

Great view of the river out on the deck. Went there twice during our 1-week stay. OK food. Prices higher, but average for the area.

It was very busy but staff were attentive and took our name while we had drinks from the bar , the staff here were not so good ,not really interested poor service, but when we found our selfs an inside table ( outside very busy) we were served quickly and politley by a very nice young man . Service was very slow: slow to take order. Snail slow to get food even though place was not busy at the time. On the positive, the good was tasty. Indoor and outdoor space available. Don't go unless you don't care about time.

We had two dinners at the Iron Horse while visiting the area. Both times the food was delicious. Just don't go if you're in a hurry. We weren't, but the service was pretty slow, and that might be a problem for someone with someplace to go.
