I have lived in Texas for the last 30 years this is the worst food I have ever had. I was very disappointed and sad that I wasn't going to be able to find adequate Mexican food in this area. I have found it just not at El Maguey, this place is just bad.

Each El Maguey is slightly different in decor, but the menus are all very similar (not exact). El Maguey is an inexpensive mexican restaurant with locations across St Louis. The have great cheese dip, nachos, margaritas, quesadillas...you name it! I honestly don't think I've ever had anything here that I didn't like.

Nice variety of Mexican food. Have enjoyed everything we have tried. Quick service and the chips and salsa are nice to much on while waiting for order.

This place was suggested by the front desk clerk at our hotel. It was a great suggestion. I had a great burrito with steal tips, and my daughter had a cheese enchilada. The food was served quick and hot. Great value, and our waitress was great.
