This is a small hole in the wall right downtown and within walking distance of the Capitol. The food is great! Nothing fancy but just pure good authentic Thai. Just recently learned of this great Thai restaurant and I've been working in Jeff City since 2007. It doesn't stand out visually and can easily be missed. Loved the Chicken Pad Thai. If you love Thai food you'll love theirs.

Had a group of seven on a Saturday afternoon. They rearranged tables quickly. As we were only people there, excellent service. Good food, with option to rank amount of spice. Small bits shrimp in spring roll. Was expecting a whole shrimp, but still tasty. Quiet so we could talk and didn't have to shout to be heard.

I've never had a meal at Chim's that wasn't delicious and fast. I eat there about once a month and have friends that eat there multiple times a week. Tiny place, doesn't fit many people, so don't expect to take a crowd, but it's a great place, for lunch, dinner or carryout.

It's pretty good food, and overall not bd at all. The only thing I could complain about (if I'm being very picky) is that I ordered the hottest thing on the menu and got it as hot as they offered and it was not that hot. Not a big deal at all really.
