I turned a review before claiming restaurant was OK, well I changed my mind. The Special Buffalo wings were toothpicks and cold! On top of this I had to wait 15 minutes for a beer, only by chance of flagging down any waitress that even glanved my way. Terrible service and worst value for a Buffalo Wing Special!

I stopped by thinking the Billboard Ad exhibited good food and hot waitresses, only to be disappointed by Ok food, Ok waitresses and expensive beer. 4 dollars for domestic!

It is sometimes loud, and often times crowded, but the food is SO good. The service is usually really good considering how busy they are. Prices are very reasonable and they have nightly food and drink specials. I am addicted to the wings.

Visiting Winona and like to try different restaurants when we go there and this was one we tried...Good pizza and my husband had a burger..we enjoyed it.

We went to Zsa Zsa's for the first time following a football game at Winona State. Place was pretty packed but we were seated quickly. The pizza was pretty good. I was disappointed in my visit. The waitresses were scantily dressed. The restaurant was empty, yet service was slow as they spent a lot of time talking to each other. Food was okay.

This is the best place to lay the day to rest. Awesome drink specials, brilliant food, and a friendly staff really make this a bar my second home when i'm in Winona. One has to try the bacon and cheese calzone. It is like biting into heaven when Florida is cooking.

Greek salad comes with plenty of olives . . . But iceberg lettuce. Ditzy waitstaff (Buffalo Wild Wings wanna-bes?). Fine but not stellar pizza. Shocktop the 'best' regular brew on tap . . . We had to remind server of a Surly promotion! Please, will someone tell waitstaff, to STOP saying "How is everything tasting!!"

Can't say enough about the staff and the service. The quality of food is top notch, and while the price does reflect this to a degree, the nightly food and drink specials help to offset that cost.
